In 2003, Beach and I fought in the Iraq War. At some point his wife sent him a guitar. It was a small nylon string piece of junk that was actually broken when he got it. We fixed the guitar and started playing.

Beach had been playing for years and he is so good he could actually make that thing sound good. We actually wrote some of our current songs on that guitar.

When Beach and I got home, Beach joined a band with another awesome guitar player named Gray and another guy. After some time with "the other guy" Beach and Gray wanted to get another singer. Not that the other guy wasn't good, he just wasn't all that into it.

Sepia was born.

We have been playing togther ever since. More than anything we do it to play and drink beer. The more we drink the better we sound.
